Matters arising from minutes
Jane still needs to give leaflets to Nature’s Harvest.
An email has been sent to all members asking if they would like a separate email group as per minutes of AGM. 26 members have responded with a resounding, YES.
Bob has drafted a new application form and it was agreed at the AGM.
Publicity – Sue wrote a piece for the LBO Community and Clubs page and it appeared in last week’s edition of the paper.
Hemplets event – as reported in Newsletter and LBO. Transactions for trades are still being processed as Graham as not only been on holiday but moved house!

Garage Sale @ Valerie’s (258) house, Sunday 8th July, set up from 10.30am for a 11am start. Buying and selling in sterling or Buzzard as open to the public.

24th November, Quiz challenging other local lets groups. Valerie to publicise event to MK lets group. Jane to book a hall.

Welcome to Mary (264) one of our new members.
We need a back system admin for Cyclos, Jane to make enquiries.
Valerie enquired if publishing members balance in the newsletter might encourage more trading, following a discussion it was decided that it could be done for the AGM.
Closing date for next newsletter is the 30th July and all contributions to be sent to Valerie. If you wish for a copy of the newsletter to be emailed direct to your inbox please let Bob know.
Barbara has offered to host a meeting on a Thursday night but those present could not make a Thursday night at present.
